Hello, Has anyone had problems with the smart ultra 6 randomly setting the volume to the lowest setting?
I have the volume set high, and it may ring through whilst its on high, but then randomly it resets to the lowest volume setting, which can't even be heard if you're not on top of the phone!

Hi,
Although this is for a different Vodafone phone it may be worth a look https://forum.vodafone.co.uk/t5/Other-manufacturers-OS/Vodafone-smart-mini-ringtone-volume/td-p/1654...
Check that any case or screen shield is not hindering the speakers and perhaps try turning it off and on to help soft reset it.

Hi. Same problem here. When you go into settings and try to higher the ringtone no sound plays to show how high/low the volume is, but the media and notification works fine, restart phone and it works again fine, can't be doing this as keep missing calls HEEEEELLLLP

That sounds like either a fault or a software glitch. The first thing to try would be a factory reset - it would be part of the repair process anyway, so you won't lose anything by giving it a try. Remember to sync your contacts and calendar first and back up any content that isn't also stored elsewhere. If you have an external SD card, remove it as the process sometimes wipes them. If you want to keep SMS and call logs, look for a 3rd aprty app which will back them up. You might also want to make a note of your homescreen layouts to aid setting up again.
