Hi...
Similar to a few of the other users below by Sure Signal V3 has stopped working and i can not seem to reset it.
I've power cycled the device multiple times and tried resetting using the button as per other posts.
I've also tried de-registering it and then re-registering via the website and still no luck.

Hi there pslondon,
Sorry for the late reply. We're really busy of late.
Everything checks out except your traceroute.
Each hop need to average below 200ms over three packets.
For example, your first hop:
1 0.0.0.0 (0.0.0.0) 958.969 ms 1024.183 ms 1027.377 ms
This works out at an average of 1003.509ms.
Each hop is almost the same average.
You'll need to speak to your internet service provider (ISP) to see if they can do anything to bring the hop times down.
