In vodafone tab frequently a dialog box appears and ask to change default storage location (which I have selected as SD card a long back). I have done 2-3 times factory reset suspecting it to be some virus. But the problem persits.

I'm wondering if the Sd card is playing up or being rejected by your tab @VANDANA
Are you able to put in an alternative Sd card and see how that goes as a process of elimination.
Any Vodafone Highstreet Store can send it off for a diagnostic but be sure to back up beforehand as they generally reset the device as a first port of action.

Is this something that's available in Settings, or are you within a particular app? Android added quite a lot of security to sd cards a while back and it's possible it's related to that.
That said, I've seen something similar - and it relates to @BandOfBrothers suggestion. The card in my wife's phone failed (completely, won't even read in a pc) and the camera suddenly announced it had no card and offered to change the default location. It was a good reminder of the need for regular backups! (Nothing was lost because we cloud-sync all photos).
