Sure Signal 1 All Lights solid and not showing on router

My Sure Signal stopped working when I had to reset my router due to issues with my Sky set up.  I have tried soft and full reset and now when I plug it in, all light come on solid including the green and orange ethernet lights at the ethernet socket on the back.  Also, I've noticed that the sure signal is not registering as connected to my router.  This is sounding terminal!

Is there any other way to reset this?  S/N 21197174564

Although I can see it's registered the description doesn't sound too healthy.

I've resynched it from this end.

If you're still seeing the same lights this will need to be replaced.

I've tried everything but as soon as I plug it back in, ALL lights are lit permanently, including the ethernet lights on the back.

I've looked at buying a new one but when you press "add to basket", a row of question marks come up below the button.  Is there a problem with supply?

It does sound like the Vodafone Sure Signal is faulty.

As soon as we have stock it’ll be available online.
