Sure Signal 3 failing to connect again

There is already a thread here but I have had no response from anyone on the update where I decribe the failure to connect again. Is anyone on this?

I would really appreaciate some attention - the few days of it actually working showed what I am missing although I must admit I am beginning to think this will never be solved. I just learned that 3 also have a home Femtocell so I might investigate them if this cannot be solved.
