Hi there,
My VSS v3 stopped working the other day. I have virgin with the superhub 2 and it has been working up until then. I have scoured this forum and completed all the advice, regarding ip sec pass through enabling, MTU set to 1500 port forwarding, reserving ip address and still it won't work. I have started, restarted it, done hard restarts the lot.
Ping is 34ms (Jitter 2ms)

Hi draig26,
Your traceroute is fine.
I've checked your serial number and it's showing it's failed to validate the members. Can you deregister the Sure Signal and then re-register after a couple of hours?

Hi...
MY Sure Signal has stopped working - it has a flashing red light and stable orange lights but isn't connecting. Nothing else has changed in my set up (same router etc) so not sure what is happening. I had the SS de-registered due to some other issues and have tried to re-register it but to no avail. IT was working fine (unregistered for a month or so (as I forgot to re-register) but not so anymore. (Removed for security). I would really appreciate help as I have no signal at home now.

On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
