Hi @praveencusat ,
I'm afraid it looks like the Firewall is preventing a connection.
Please confirm that you've allowed the Sure Signal to go through registration without the Firewall active. Registration should take no longer than six hours when connected.
Thanks,
Ben

Hi Ben,
We have allowed all your ips in our firewall and done the port forwarding as well.
I have reset it again, but when I held the reset button down the lights didn’t all come on after a minute. I still removed it from the power holding the button down and then plugged it back in. One light came on after about 10 seconds.

It appears that there's an issue with the infrastructure that's preventing a connection.
Please can you confirm what type of connection it is such as a bonded lines connection, satellite connection or similar?
So we can test the life of the Sure Signal, please test this at a friend or family members (preferably with a different ISP).
It may be a security setting, although it's sending the ping, it's not allowing the echoes to be received.

Hi Dave,
Can you see the ping echos reached to VSS now ?
We are using a DSL internet connection in our office .

I can see it's still not connecting.
So we can rule out a fault with the Sure Signal, please test it at another location.
