After moving the office around, I finally managed to get my Sure Signal to power up. But now I have another problem:-
Its a V1 box and the power and internet light were flashing constantly with lights 3 and 4 not lit. I carried out a factory reset - hold reset button, uplug power and internet cables, wait 10 seconds, plug both power and internet back in, then let go of reset button.
The lights flashed through the sequence and after 1 hour I now have the power and internet light on solid. I still have poor signal on my phone and the 'tick' light isn't on either.
I havent used the sure signal for a long time and only decided to re-use it when I got the iphone 5 and found the signal very poor. Do you need to sync or ping it from your end or should I just give up and buy a brand new one?

Hi laurennareed,
Everything looks fine there so I've done a resync. Can you give the Sure Signal another reset for me?
As it's been so long and you said you've moved it about a bit, I'd also just check online that the location you've got stored against it is still correct.
Also, as you mention your office and firewall, is this a company network or just a home office? If it's a company one and you still have issues you may need to check with your IT department that there's nothing in their set-up getting in the way.
