Sure signal power light on and first light only flashing white, then resetting

I'm having issues with my sure signal.  It's a V3 and the power light is on, however the 1st light flashes white for about 2 minutes, as though it loading, then the sure signal just resets itself over and over again.

I was advised that I needed my ISP to set up a static IP address, however when I spoke to my ISP they wanted to charge me for this service.  I'm not paying for this as the Sure signal is meant to just plug in and work!!!!!

What is wrong with it?

Hi pcpasti,

Thanks for letting us know. The Sure Signal isn't able to set up as the files that do this are being blocked by your setup. Are you using the same router and ISP as Pcornish above? 

If not, can you let me know what you're using and the light sequence you're seeing too after following this guide?
