My Sure Signal has stopped working
Red Power Light is showing on, with the Internet light flashing for 40 seconds, then stops power light only on for approx 40 seconds then the flashing light cycle repeats
Earlier today I pressed the reset button for 10 seconds, but the same symptoms persist.
Serial number 40123615904 , showing as registered and active on the Dashboard.
There's a lot of similar posts regarding this issue Vodafone !

VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
