Hi leejordan
I've checked the serial number and can see that you're on the latest software.
The light sequence indicates that the Sure Signal is initialising and would require roughly six hours to complete.
I'm pleased to see it's back up and running, let me know if you need any further help.

My VSS3 was delivering a great signal earlier today. Suddenly there is no service displayed on my Iphone. The red light and first two white lits are lit and not flashing. I've tried a reset but nothing. What next?

Hi @rcmjackson and welcome to the eForum,
Are you still having trouble with this?
If so, can you take a look at our Sure Signal Troubleshooting thread, and then post back your results if you’re not directed to an existing thread?
Thanks,
Wayne

Hi Wayne,
SureSignal started woking of its own accord without further intervention. I think there is an issue at Vodafone as today SureSignal suddenly stopped working for a period of time but resumed operation without my doing anything! My broadband has been fine throughout and provided a normal service for other work.
Regards

Please can you let us know what lights your seeing and what router you're using.
The traceroute fails early on so the first thing to try is a new Ethernet cable and ensure the following ports are open (your internet service provider can assist with this):
Ports to be opened for forwarding
IP addresses to be allowed on the router & firewall
I can see it's registered successfully, so once the above steps have been followed please perform a reset:
