Hi, my suresignal device stopped working overnight and when i wnet to manage services it didn't show that i have a device registered. I have re-registered and added back in the other users but only my number gets a signal, the others don't. Is anyone albe to assist?

Your Sure Signal serial number:
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

To re-add your SIM to the Sure Signal, please remove your number from the administration tool, reset the Sure Signal and re-add your number.
Once this has been done, please restart your phone within range of the Sure Signal to re-establish connection.
If you're still having difficulties, please provide the information requested above.
To reset the Sure Signal versions 1 and 2:
For Sure Signal version 3:
The Sure Signal will be back online in around 1 hour.
