I've called vodafone and virgin several times over the past few days to try and get my suresignal working.
Just getting all lights flashing constantly and have done master reset.
It was working perfectly in my house a few days ago (BT infinity)and I've brought it back to office (Virgin Hitron) to no avail.
I've gone through the process of opening ports etc but still no joy.
Losing several calls a day in the office due to network coverage.

as these may help to resolve issues. They have links to the key things you can do to try and self resolve the issue you are experiencing.
It may also be worth trying a different power supply with the SureSignal (Version 1 & 2 ), as there have been some reports of replacement power supplies solving the issues. Even if lights / power are showing. They are available on eBay for around £10.
