Suresignal 2 constantly restarting

Someone please help! My suresignal 2 which I rely on for work has decided to go on a constant cycle of rebooting itself for the last 24 hours. It restarts and works for about 10 mins then spends the next hour restarting again, and does this over and over again. I've done the hard reboot thing (holding the reset button in Til lights flash, unplug power, rep lug power, wait Til lights flash then release reset button) several times to no avail. help!

Hi Ajr1969,

This isn’t standard behaviour for a Sure Signal and indicates that it may be faulty.

You’ll need to send it for repair.

Thanks. It has now started to behave itself after I disconnected everything, rebooted my router, then connected it all up again! Fingers crossed...!
