Suresignal V1 - Lights 1,2,4 - all phones in house will no longer connect

Hi,

 

Fault as per title.  Nothing has been changed just stopped working this week - none of our phones show a 3g signal.

 

Tried a reset (well 3 or 4). Please try to re-sync from your end!

Hi Ian,

 

I’ve spoken with our technical team today and they’re resending the latest firmware out to your device.

 

For the next 24 hours don’t reset or unplug the device.

 

If you’re still unable to get a 3G signal, you can try the Sure Signal at your friend’s house.

 

It’ll need to go through the set up process again which can take up to six hours.

Well it's nearly had its 48 hour period.

Is there anything I have to do -like reset, restart the SS or wait?

Does it need to be resync'd from Vodafone?

I’ve checked and can see the firmware has now updated.

 

Please can you follow the below to do a reset:

 

-Hold in the reset button until all lights go solid

-Pull the power lead out with the reset button still pushed in

-Continue to hold down the reset button and reconnect the power lead

-Wait for all lights to come on and then release the reset button

Reset completed as requested. The four lights come on immediately the power is reconnected the reset button was released at this point.

 

Sorry no change .

Light 12 &4 illuminate and no connection to any phone
