Hi, has anyone had a Suresignal V3 go bang and I literally mean bang. At 7.30 pm last night their was a loud bang, me and my husband went round checking what it could be and found that the Suresignal was not working, there was a smell of burnt plastic, black marks on the wall and the top of the Suresignal casing had opened. I was concerned so I rand Vodafone to check if they had anyone report this happening before and the advisor didn't know what to say. He said I would have to ring the Technical Support tea am this morning at 10 o clock. I explained that I did night work and didn't really want to stay up for 3 hours when I got home, he then said ring at 9 o clock. He said it has a / year warranty, but I thought it was only 1 year the same as my last one. I am now waiting up to speak to someone.

A Sure signal has a 2 year manufacturing warranty.
Perhaps visit your local Vodafone high street store to have it replaced if within warranty.
