I recently successfully registered a replacement Suresignal box which is working fine for my own mobile. However, the added user (husband's phone) is not working with the new box. Does anyone have any idea why this might be? I've waited 24 hours for his phone and the new suresignal box to identify each other. I've also tried deleting him as a user and re-adding him as a user.

I'm wondering if his phone is picking up a 4G signal would would mean it would ignore the 3G signal the SS pushes out.
Try toggling Off 4G in his phone.
Customer Services on 191 cpuld re sync the SS as a last resort.
