TP-Link 3G mobile Wi-Fi M5350

SIM card is Vodafone WebSessions (Prepaid surfen ab 4,99 €/Mon.)

Connecting is not available

I tried to activate the SIM card online on www.md.de/freischalten, as described on the package of SIM card, but there was an error: 
Die Online-Freischaltung ist für diese Mobilfunknummer nicht vorgesehen. bitte wenden Sie sich an Ihren Händler.

My mobile SIM card (medion-mobile) is working on this device, but Vodafone Websessions doesn't work.

How can i connect to internet with this SIM card?

It sounds a though you're not doing this in the UK?  You'll need to ask the question of your local operator - Vodafone in different countries is different businesses.   Sorry.
