Hello,
For your postcode this is being reported.
"We've been doing some work on our network in this area to improve your calls, texts and data coverage. Sorry if you noticed any disruption - we were working between 9am 06 Apr 2017 and 6pm 06 Apr 2017.~"
It can take a few days for the masts to fully settle.
However if your commuring well away from your local and surrounding areas then I'd suggest the following.
Check via the link that 4G is available.
Can you try your Sim Card in another phone as a process of elimination to rule out the phone or sim card that may be at fault. Try another Sim in your phone. If necessary any Vodafone Shop can replace the Sim Card via a Sim Swap.
Check any relevant 4G settings in the phone are turned on.
Check with Customer Services that your account settings are Ok.
Link > Vodafone Network Checker.
Current Phone >
Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra 512gb.

Hi,
I'm still not getting 4G. I had a new sim delivered last week and completed the sim swap ..... still no 4G. I have also tried my SIM in a galaxy S7 and still don't get 4G.
Thanks,
Karen.

@hotcupsofcoffee I can see you've mentioned that you can't get 4G in any location.
Have you previously been able to get 4G on this device?
Please check your device settings to make sure your mobile data is not set to 3G only.
If this isn't the case, follow the steps in the private message I've sent, this will get you in touch with our team who can check everything is set up correctly on your account.

Hi,
I used to get 4G all the time until a few weeks ago and my device is definitely set up to receive 4G.
Thanks,
Karen.

Hi,
I'm still not receiving 4G. I have spoke to two people from technical team who reset my services and suggested I take my phone to a store. I took it to a store where they performed ANOTHER sim swap and checked my phones settings etc ..... he was super confused! What is the next step?
Im also having problems with my service plan and account. I took over a 12 month contract from my mum and was told it would just carry on from where she left off, but they have extended my contract for another 12 months and taken the 30% discount off! It's been well over a month of non-stop problems and if it can't get fixed soon, I want to be let out of my contract! I don't feel I should have to pay for a service I'm not getting!!

@hotcupsofcoffee - I’ve checked the 4G in that area and you should have good coverage.
Your local site looks to be performing fine, however as @BandOfBrothers has said above, when there’s been work done locally, it can take a few days for things to settle.
Let us know how you get on over the next few days.

Your serving 4G site is very close by, in front of Europcar at TR7 3DZ. Perhaps paying it a visit could rule out localised terrain/buildings issues
