Has anyone else tried the upgrade section on My vodafone. You select upgrade and then it asks you to complete the box with details of the upgrade you require then you send the request and you get an email back saying we will get back to you within 48 hours. I have donever it twice now and still no return call etc.
just thought this way would be easier than spending half an hour on phone with 2 little one's running round my feet.
Rather disappointed and don't see the point of having this option if no one replies.
