Topped up on 13.6.16 Freebee due to renew 22.6.16. Not renewed and charged for text and data until mobile data turned off. Want the Freebee and a refund of credit wrongly taken.

Eventually I just closed the chat window and tried again,and I was connected in a few minutes and sorted out my issue. So I don't know what happened there, but it's all good now. Thanks! (I'm usually at the computer all day anyway, and I was getting work done while i waited, so it's not a huge problem.)

I contacted Live Chat this afternoon and they sorted it out for me, I now have my text and web freebee's. This was much faster than a telephone call and the person that dealt with it was very helpful.

I've certainly found Live Chat friendly and helpful, though sometimes a little long-winded! I think that they get slightly longer to ponder before they have to reply, so they avoid some of the traps that can befall the telephone staff.
