The worst experience I have ever had

I've repeated this story so many times over my holiday to florida so I will keep this short.

Vodafone promised me i could use the £5 traveller deal in the USA (i pay out £55 a month to them). When i got there my data. Phoned up and they switched it on. Then it went off. Phoned again. Back on. Then off again. After 2 days of spending my evenings on holiday (after getting lost due to no GPS) on the phone to vodafone, they then cut my phone service entirely so i couldnt even phone customer services. When i got to the theme parks i used the free wifi and to my complete shock i found out there was no contact email for vodafone just a shocking website with questions and answers to the most basic stuff.

I googled and googled and managed to find an email, to which i received, this is not the correct department. They were unwilling to forward it on. This has cast a dark cloud over our holiday which cost us thousands of pounds.

Where do i complain too? I noticed a similar story on bbc news which was exactly the same issue. Where should I go, what rights do I have?

I'm so appalled about the whole thing i cannot believe what ive gone through

Hi,

Its true that Vodafone did  not have a customer facing email address for customer contact. This is I believe as such an address attracts spam, uses resources to man it and typically issues can be dealt with much faster by customer service.

There is an option for email in.....

Vodafone Code of Practice.
