Hi please can you help me with this as i am a little confused.
so i got my new pay as u go broadband dongle with the free £15.
Been reading up about the data usage and im confused about the 1p minimum session charge.
I connected to the internet and got disconnected a second later, so clicked the connect button and again got onto the vodafone website but again got disconnected. does this mean that if i connect for say 1 second and then loose connection it will cost me 1p? and then if i connect again and get disconnected again within 1 second i will be charged another 1p? and so on and so on? if that is the case doesnt this mean that it wont take me long before my credits all used up and i will of actually received alot less than 1gb (and way less than the approximate 30hrs browsing time)?? hope you can clear this up for me. very confusing. thought the adverts saying use it only when you want to, no expiry date and £15 for 1gb sounded too good to be true

We have another couple of customers with similar queries, and we're still waiting to hear back from the relevant teams about what constitutes a "session" for the 1p charge.
I will add this post to the list of people to update once we know more
