Well the good news is its under warrenty

samsung are aware of this as the early ones had this issues

You can send the whole phone back to samsung for repair FOC

I personally don't use the port unless i need to (wirless charging)

it would of helped is they made it replaceable but acording to Phone enginers its a complete strip down

i would give Samsung a ring see

Do not send to ANOVO ask them if its going in the post if the say Anovo ask for another they have not got a good record
