I am unable to access my voicemail from my mobile. It is indicating that I need to setup a pin. I have already done this so don't know why it is asking for it. I have tried calling 191 but get stuck in an endless loop of unhelpful menu options and lame recommendatoins to go to your website.
You website is appalling for such a large company. When I reset login details why do i need to update all the information every time when I just want to update my pin.
Can you please unlock my voicemail and set my pin to what it was before you messed it up.
