I have tried repeatedly today to add a new user to a registred Suresignal but it fails every time. After entering the users details, clicking submit and then confirm a stream of garbage\code is returned.
I'm using IE9 on a Windows 7 Pro computer thats fully updated and patched.
I've flushed the browser cache, histroy, cookies etc. closed and reopened IE and even rebooted the computer, same issue though.
Has anyone else experienced this issue and been able to add new users?

Moderator,
For me the problem is simply registering a user on the site. I keep getting error messages that the log in/registration link is in a continuous loop. Sometimes it doesn't even gove me an error message but just sends me back to the log in page time and again

Dutchginger I just tried again and was able to add a new user.
Matt - why post all that about troubleshooting the SS when it was the web portal that I reportged an issue with? It really didn't help and just added to my frustration.

Ditto. I know they've been working on the website, so hoping it's just a glitch as they are moving stuff around. Annoying though, so a note from an administrator that they know of the issue and are resolviong would be great!
