Unable to receive calls and texts

I transferred over to Vodafone from Virgin. I gave my PAC to Carphone Warehouse when I bought the phone, followed their advice of not putting the SIM in my new phone until I had no service with Virgin. Everything was working fine for 3days until I received a text from Vodafone saying my account had been activated now I’ve not been able to receive calls and texts for 10 days. I’ve spent hours with customer service and Apple because I was lead to believe it was a problem with my Apple ID, then I was told Virgin hadn’t sent all the porting files, then the SIM was faulty, just excuse after excuse. I’m my disabled mother’s only carer and she needs to be able to contact me 24 hrs a day, this getting beyond a joke!

I can understand why you would be unimpressed and upset at this situation @Jo1969

My advice is to call Customer Services on 191 and advise that you believe you have a Split Port which is where not all the files have settled.
