Unknown message

Hi I've just been deleting some messages

And I noticed one that I thought some one had sent me that I had not noticed 

And no further checking through details it says I've sent but I know I haven't as ist so obscure I would of remembered and it was 

Only in last few days 

Has any one seen any thing like it or have any knowledge of it 

I have done loads of different searches for it but nothing recognises it 

And also I have delivery reports on constantly but it says not requested wich seems bizarre

Update 

I did another search with just dcb association and a few results came up with other people concerned 

One was saying it is a receipt from Google play but that can't be true as I have only paid for one and that was a while ago and I got a g mail receipt for that and also this message  was sent from my phone not delivered 

 I don't use many apps but I did use one from the play store called innuendo that scans for spyware and has loads of good reviews that is free and also has no adds and after the scan which said my device is Clear I did put a review after I thought that a free app with no adds got me concerned so it will be interesting to see if they reply as they seem to reply to most reviews I'm wandering if whilst it was scanning it tried to send a premium rate message

but thank God I got that service deactivated but there is a lot of concerned people also trying to figure out what it is

It does appear to be something to do with Google Play. DCB looks as though it stands for Direct Carrier Billing meaning that the charge will come through your Vodafone account. I'd look at that and make sure there isn't something in there that has charged you.

Yes I have been looking at my my own and according to the my Vodafone app there is no charge yet( touch wood)

But the strange bit is it as been sent from my device and not received I'll just have to keep checking and hoping thanks for looking into it 

Even though I checked myself a second opinion makes a massive difference
