Unlock Iphone 21 days and counting

Folks,  I have requested and unlock on an Iphone 5s 21 days ago and nothing... how can this be escaleted an/or someone actually talk to me about where this is in the process.

I meet criteria

have have a message back saying it would be 10 working days

I wish Vodafone would update their template letter. 

It can take up to 10 days if Vodafone need to contact the Manufacturer for the code. 

But it's different with Apple and an iPhone. 

The iPhone does not unlock with a code but instead BY Apple releasing the phone from its database. 

Can you try an alternative Networks active sim card in the iPhone and hook up to iTunes if it does not complete the process. 

If it does not then please be aware Apple can occasionally take up to 30 days to complete the unlock.

Hi @awh an Iphone can take up to 30 days to unlock (by Apple once Vodafone forward the request). Have you tried inserting a non vodafone sim into your device to see if it works? If you dont already know, Iphones do not receive an unlock code.

Just had an update from my daughter in Australia (typical) - it's unlocked so all good.

However, I think vodafone need to update their emails - no way is it 10 days!
