Is there still a UK Deals Team? I am looking to upgrade and the deals on offer seem very poor value compared to other networks.

Perhaps call 191 and choose the Thinking of Leaving option which should get you through to Retentions Department who maybe able to offer you something.

I’m afraid that team stopped operating quite a while ago now.

In my instance this year, I am in the upgrade period already, both Live Chat and my local store where useless and could offer nothing. My last option will be calling them, if I get the same " we don't care attitude" I'm off with my 3 numbers to BT, EE or Sky Mobile.

Let me know how you get on. So far only deals I have been offered are the ones on website. 

There are some great offers with Three at the moment. E.G Mate Pro £42.50 with All you can Eat Data!! and the £100 cashback offer.

Got there in the end. Note8 for £29 upfront with 60GB and Spofify for just over £40 a month. .  result
