Upgrade Delivery Issues

I recently upgraded to an iPhone SE16GB Gold. Unfortunately Vodafone sent the phone out to my previous address for some  reason! (yes Vodafone did have my new address when I moved in 6 months ago).

After a lot of messing around and being told 5 times that they've updated my address with DPD, I'm still noway further forward.

DPD don't have my address and need something from Vodafone to advise of it so they're just going out attempting to deliver my new phone to an address I've not lived in for 3 years. The first failed delivery was today and the next one will be tomorrow.

Vodafone keep telling me they're filling out some forms and they're telling DPD but they're obviously lying through their teeth. Can someone from Vodafone help? LiveChat is useless and so is your team on the other end of the phone.

Hi @carl5363

Totally understand why you would be unimpressed at this happening. This has happened before unfortunately.

Really Customer Services via 191 or Live Chat are the routes to go with sorting this out. Appreciate you've gone down these avenues.

However , The Vodafone Community forum is monitored by Vodafone U.K. There are members of the Vodafone Tech Team who are available to respond and Help where they can. They have the Vodafone logo next to their name so a person knows they are officially Vodafone.

All posts are read by them.

Hang in there and I'm sure they'll be in touch.

All I need is someone to speak to DPD, tell them my address then I'll accept the phone and move on.

The longer this drags on the more I'll want to just cancel my upgrade and contract and go elsewhere.

Other than this I've never had any problems with Vodafone before so hoping it can be fixed ASAP.
