Upgrade/re-contract possible?

I'm on an 18 month contract, for the 38mb package. I'm about 6 months into my contract.

Is it possible to upgrade to the 78mb package by recontracting for another 18 months, or will I have to wait until my contract is finished? 

I currently pay £25 a month and the 78mb package is £27.

There will be Terms and Conditions to follow but as your wanting to go up a tier they maybe able to do something for you.
