I upgraded last week from 38mb package to 76mb package. I was advised that I should expect between 60-80mb, but I would have a minimum speed of 54mb.
A week later and I'm still only hitting 50mb. I only live 250m to my nearest cabinet, so I thought I shouldn't be too far off hitting maximum available, dependant on crosstalk etc.
Attached speedtest picture, wired connection to master socket.

Hi @dogdiego - I'm sorry to hear you're unhappy with these speeds.
Have you tried plugging your wired connection into the test socket of your master socket? If not, please try this and perform a speedtest for me.

So... it appears I don't have a test socket.
I'm in a new build house (circa 2014) and the socket I'm using has a bottom and a top plate, but behind the bottom plate is nothing but the plug I'm using. No test socket to the side.
Weirdly, after unplugging and plugging back in, it bumped up my speed by 0.5mb. Not sure why, but still not hitting the minimum 54mb. Synced at 53.7mb, so well short of estimated 60-76mb.

That's weird for a new build @dogdiego.
So we can take a further look into this with you, please see the private message i've sent to you on how to contact our team directly.

Try and make sure your master socket looks like this.
And fit your adsl connection directly into the left hand socket without a microfilter. Mine went from 13mb to 79 sync. And speeds over lan went to 74.

Is that my responsibility to fit or openreach? To be honest, I'm not touching any wiring cause if anything goes a miss, it's on me to repair and openreach can wash their hands.
