Upgrade

Hi I recently had my contact upgraded from a I phone 4s to the 5s. I Am still waiting for my sim to activate in the 5s as I have followed the sim activation online. However it's not working and now my old 4s is not allowing me use my contract as I have upgraded therefore I now have no minutes or calls. My new I phone 5s is showing no service but has connected to my wi-fi.. Any help would be great

Welcome to the eForum.

You'll need to activate your new phone by syncing with iTunes. This will download the carrier settings you need as well as move your details across from any backups you've made.
