Good Morning,
Last weekend, 31/01/2015 I did an upgrade on my account. I chose an Iphone 5s and agreed to a monthly pay of 32.92£ and nothing more than that value. A few days later I received an email saying that I have to pay 39.50£ every month. I went to another Vodafone shop that told me that is because of the tax I have to pay and they cannot do anything because it didn't happened on that store. Well when I agreed to the value I was told that it was the final value I have to pay, I thought that the taxes were included and would never agree with 39,50£/month.
Now, I want one of two things: either I only pay the 32.92£ agreed in the beginning or I will cancel my contract with Vodafone and give you the phone. And I would like to write a complain against the person who intentionally mislead me.
I would like to know if this can be solved online or if I have to go to the store that this happend.
