You can but their will be a fee to wind up the current contract.

Customer services on 191 or live chat can confirm the exact fee.

May at I ask which phone your currently using ?

Maybe sell your current phone and purchase an alternative. If you unlock it that coukd possibly increase its street value.

I have a 5s at the minute!

Are you on the latest iOS 9.1

I use the iPhone 6 Plus 16Gb.

I use DropBox to store my pictures and Videos and other data.

I also choose to use playlists via iTunes so my iPhone isn't full of music taking up space.

Delete ->

old iMessages.

Sms Texts.

Emails.

Old Notes.

Old calendar entries.

Unused / Rarely used Apps.

Look at removing music.

Delete Videos.

Create a a back up to iCloud and or iTunes and then hook up to iTunes and restore. This should help to reduce your other partition.
