Hi Vodafone,

I have contacted you by phone and live chat a few times since last Sunday (25th January) and I'm going around in circles. I upgraded in store in your Coventry town centre branch on 25th to a 4G plan with 24months free entertainment and an iphone 6.

I have the phone, but I still have my old plan. I called a few days later to see how long it would take for my 4G because I have taken an expensive plan and I am looking to apply my 20% barclays family discount, but I was told the order wasn't even on the system and it would be escalated.

A few days later I was back on the phone as I'm still on the old plan, haven't had an entertainment email, and I can't cancel the Insurance. I was told to give it twenty four hours.

Nothing happened and I tried the live chat Friday night (30th January) and was told the upgrade is still pending.

It's Monday night now, eight days after I upgraded and my upgrade is still not showing and I do not have 4G or any other benefits I have upgraded to. I have applied for my 20% discount through the intranet at work as I only have thirty days to do this before I no longer can have the discount, but now I'm concerned this upgrade is taking so long that it won't be applied as they won't see an upgrade on the system! Is it normal to take this long to process an upgrade? I did it physically in store so I didn't expect this length of delay. I just want to know if it is going to be processed and when because I don't want to be stuck with a £53.00 per month plan because the upgrade took so long and I missed my discount window.

Please help! I am at a loss and so frustrated.

Thank you :Smiling:

Beth
