My SureSignal device is registered and have added the users. We are using Panasonic toughbooks with inbuilt Mobile broadband modem and Vodafone SIM.
The devices are not getting to SureSignal and am not sure what t/s can be performed..Please someone can help !!!

Can phones connect to the suresignal ok?
Are the toughbooks 3G or just 2G devices?
Is the service provided through VF for the Sims (i guess so since you have been able to add them to the suresignal user list)

Toughbooks are 3G devices. Yes the numbers are added on the website and phones can connect to the SureSignal..

Sounds like everything should be set to to work then.
Are you able to get at the sim cards and put into a phone if that hasn't been tried.
It is either going to be a problem with the sim not talking to the suresignal, or the device talking to the sim.
So if the sim from the toughbook works in a phone, then toughbook settings will be the way to go.

Hi,
I tried using a 3G Phone and it did not connect to SureSignal.
Also I connected the same toughbook to another Sure Signal at a different location and it worked fine.
Please suggest....

Hi iamrajeev28,
The Sure Signal connection is working if the phones are connecting, so that rules out most of the usual checks.
First things first, can you try resetting the Sure Signal for me to refresh things?
For Sure Signal version 1 or 2:
For Sure Signal version 3:
If that doesn't sort things, can you try removing one of the Toughbook numbers from the Sure Signal, waiting half an hour and then adding it again for me?
If that still isn't connecting, can you confirm the Sure Signal serial numbe for me? Also, does the Toughbook connect normally when you're away from the Sure Signal using 3G?
