@chipie10 I can see your Sure Signal hadn't made contact with us for a long period of time, therefore we've resynced it to get it up to date, to rule out any potential issues setting it up away from home.

You'll need to look into setting up port-forwarding to allow your device to integrate into a networked environment.

Hi,  we've completed the port forwarding on our firewall, but this has not resolved the issue. What else can we try? Have you had anyone successfully integrate this behind a professional grade firewall?

Can you also check our IP is on your whitelist 81.130.155.152

I just posted in another thread about the official Vodafone guidelines linked to there (if they've not been updated since) being INCOMPLETE. Quickly: it also needs to connect outbound only (ie. no port forwarding needed) to 88.82.13.171 - 88.82.13.180 on PORT 4500 - I just added it as a slightly wider range to limit space it takes up in my rules and cover the same range (that someone else found by inspection of packets sent), as: 88.82.13.168/27

Hope that helps anyone with a high-protection level firewall that blocks outbound/inbound connections by default (or others stuck, if they indeed configured the rest of their firewall correctly for it as per Vodafone documents).
