Version 3 Sure Signal - Solid Power light, flashing internet light

Hey my sure signal hasn't worked for over 12 hours now. I've reset it serval times, all night it's just been solid power light and white flashing Internet light. Nothing else for over 12 hours

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

My sure signal box has been sat with the power light fully on and the internet light flashin white for over 12 hours now?? any clues on what to do, ive reset it and unplugged all cables and started again but still nothing, reset wifi but nothin is working, gettin so angry as i cant use my phone while its out of use, the troubleshoot section on website doesnt have my light combo so i dont know what to do

any help please?
