Vodafone Big Value Bundle Mistake?

I purchased a £20 Big Value Bundle around 10 days ago and I went onto the My Vodafone app and it correctly stated I bought it, it said I had unlimited texts, data and 500 minutes. Then today I got a text saying I only have 820MB left? The app has updated because my minutes have went down. Please help I am extremely confused!

Hi,

 

You should have started with 4Gb of data from a £20 BVB. 

 

Hsve you been streaming, updating apps , downloading apps etc.

Customer Service on 191 or Live Chat can access your account to check things out.

When I rang Check Balance they said I had 820MB too. £20 BVB is 4GB of data and I have used over 3GB because I thought there was a promotion on for unlimited data or something. 

 

And another thing if it says my data has run out can I use the 500mb of roaming data in the UK too?

No the 500mb would kick in if you left the uk to another country that's included in the roaming countries. 

 

Where did you see the promotion for Unlimited Data ?

Can you screenshot the page removing any personal info and add it onto this page or contact customer support.

From your screenshots am I to assume you have Freebies and not a Big Value Bundle. 

 

I would definitely call Customer service on 191 or Live Chat. As far as I'm aware no Vodafone Payg gives Unlimited Data.

It can't be a freebee because I remember signing up for a 20 pound BVB and they gave me the 500 minutes unlimited texts as usual but they treated me like I had 4GB in the text, however they said unlimited on the app. Thanks for your help though!
