I seem to recall that the bill summary on My Vodafone used to tell you how many minutes had been used by your Vodafone Family group. Is there any way to get this info now?

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE read my previous post! I can see my Vodafone Family usage - that's never been the problem. What I want is the summary of Vodafone Family usage by all the members, which used to appear on the Summary page of My Vodafone. Surely there must be somebody there who understands what I'm after! The summary disappeared some time ago when the format and layout of the bills changed - I'd like it back.

@raymartin52 - You can only view the usage for any numbers on your account.

 

If the other Vodafone Family members have their own accounts, you can’t see their usage.

 

You can see what you’ve saved by using Vodafone Family (for example ‘ 200 minutes saved this month on Vodafone Family’) – is this what you’re referring to?
