Vodafone Fibre Optic Wireless Issues

Afternoon all. Serious issue that has been bugging me over the past few days.

 

Several devices have just stopped working over the wireless randomly. My amazon firestick and windows 10laptop have just stopped connecting flawlessly and no reason why? It connects but keeps dropping the connection. Nothing will play on the firestick and downloads, streams etc hang on the laptop. All devices attached via a lan cable work ok. I have factory reset my devices but still no issue. I have reset the router and changed the wireless channel but still no luck. Anyone have any suggestions? I have the Vodafone Connect Router (white)

Hi

 

If you have tried troubleshooting via changing wireless channel also and splitting the frequencies then it maybe time to ring and speak with Tech Support.
