Hi all
i have got a customer's laptop that will not connect to the Vodafone vmb lite software 10.2.102.30707 with new 64 bit win 7 system: I keep getting Error code 628 always even when i have a strong 3G signal and every time i get rid of one error code i get another one it is getting on my neve.
i have download all the up to date software form vodafone and other software from other website that i have read about on other forum with on joy
can someone help

Hi RSGITplus,
This code will normally be caused by the incorrect APN settings in the connection dashboard.
To rule this out please can you open the VMB (Vodafone Mobile Broadband) software and select advanced – options – account type – choose the correct setup for your device (contract or PAYG)
Give this a go and let me know how you get on.
