Hi,

My mobile WiFi device is currently not working. All the lights come on and flash over and over but nothing else happens it cannot connect to my phone or anything. Has it broken???

Thanks for replying but i cannot troubleshoot from any of that list, my phones internet is fine its the mobile wifi device and it wont connect to my phone or the internet so i cant troubleshoot that device as it wont connect. The lights just flash over and over and nothing else happens

What is proberbly best to say is i think it may be the device not the coverage or network

Please follow our troubleshooting pages to see if these help. 

It could be a fault if no devices will connect to it. We can arrange a repair if it's within 24 months old.

Try taking the battery out .... flashing lights usually mean its gone into firmware mode for some reason.
