Vodafone Netowrk - Update On Faulty Site?

Please could someone update me with the status of site 4632011 as to its current status and estimated time of fix? I've looked on the faults section, but couldnt see this site listed. Thanks.

The site number you provided does not seem to apply to a specific site, it may be an error reference but I have been unable to find a specific site.

Please can you confirm the post code of the affected area so we can look up the surrounding sites, we'll have to run through these to identify any ongoing cases.

Hi Reidar, that is strange - that was the number given by customer services! The postcode is PR4 2AU. Users are having connection problems with 3G mobile broadband.

Hello Marcuk2 and thanks for getting back to me so quickly.

I've had a look at the postcode and have managed to determine that the fault is with site 4632 (this will help us to continue tracking it). The reference you were provided with is not a case ID so to say, and can't be traced to an active case, apologies for that.

At present the case is in the process of being raised by our engineers, meaning they are aware of it but are yet to submit any update logs, this will happen soon.
