Vodafone Smart 4 Turbo 4g symbol?

Hi I bought a Vodafone Smart 4 Turbo with £20 freedom freebee for 4g coverage.  On the phone is H+ the 4g symbol??.  Went to all places with indoor/outdoor coverage and H+ was the best I could get.

Hi there

H+ is actually a 3G technology.  If you have a 4G connection, it will display 4G by the signal bars.

The first thing to check is to see if you have 4G enabled.  Go to your network settings and make sure that you have it set to 4G/3G/2G mode.

Hi 4g is enabled.  I assume find your feet data is 4g as well as the Freedom Freebee £20.?

I'm sorry, this is a really obvious question, but I assume you're in a 4G area?   You can check with the Coverage Map.
