Today the audio port on my Vodafone Smart Ultra 6 decided it did not like earphones. It would say there was a headset pluged in but when I played music it would come out of the speakers. Then later today I thought that a factory reset would fix it. Then I found out the right quarter of the screen was no longer working. I could not type in my pattern. I restarted and I am now locked out.
This sounds like a software problem. Can I get a replacement on my contract as it is not my fault?
