I've been looking to get a cheap tablet to use for reading books and downloading/watching films etc as the screen on my Note 4 is too small(!).
I've just seem the above on the VF website which includes 3GB of 4G for £10/m with no up front cost.
While the specs don't seem great for gaming etc it seems ideal for the reasons I want it.
I've sene some mixed reviews (from OK for the price to don't touch it with a bargepole) so wondered if anyone has any hands on experience with it?
Also, this is probably a dumb quesiton but the blurb on VF goes on about the 4G connectivity does doesn't make it clear that you can also use wifi, but I assume that wifi is a "given" these days so there is no need to mention it?
This is what the specs have under connectivity

Yes it will have wifi as a given I'd expect too.
A nice little review here too.

Personally I find it a good avenue to visit the Highstreet store with a working demo model and try it out.
Plus Youtube Review Videos can help.

Yep I've just found the user manual online and wifi is a definite. Cheers
I had read the Techradar review, they are usually my first port of call, and they dont seem to rave about it but for reading books and watching TV shows etc it seems fine.

It's specs do appear to support your intended use for it.
Sometimes though our usage habits change as we start to use devices so it's always a good idea to try and future proof for that.

FWIW, I took
as referring to wifi capability
If you don't need a mobile data connection, is this available on PAYG (I think other Vodafone tablets have been), even if for a little more?

It is available at £125.00 PAYG but I thought £10.00/m for 3GB of 4G data was worth the free tablet in the end and got one today.
Looking forward to playing with it!
