Hello.
I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 which also comes with the Vodafone Updates built in.
However, almost 2-3 times every day when using a certain app, I get an error message that says 'Unfortunately Vodafone Updates has stopped'.
Do you know if there is a fix for this as the last thing I want to do is uninstall the Updates app.
Many thanks,
Christopher

Hi Northern-dj
Before disabling the Vodafone apps I first wanted to try something:
When I first received my phone the Vodafone app 'Discover' was open and running on one of my home pages. About a week ago I removed Discover from the home page but left the app enabled.
Interestingly since I did this I have not had the error message pop up. It may be coincidence so I am going to now re-open Discover on one of my home pages to see if the error returns. I'll give it about a week and report back.
I was wondering if anyone else who has encountered the error message has Discover open on their home page?
Kind Regards
Lorraine

I have literally just re-opened 'Discover' on one of my home pages and as soon as I clicked refresh the error message popped up again!
I hope this information helps the tech team.
Kind Regards
